We had a very successful first week of food recovery here at Brown. We recovered 211 pounds of food, which means there were an extra 211 meals this week for the hungry people of Providence!
We also have a new Leadership Team, so congrats to Lauren Begham, Adalyn Naka, Becca Kagan, Sara Winnick, and Shelby Wilson. We're gonna have a rockin' semester.
Also, just some shout out to Brown Dining, for being so wonderful, and Tzedek, King House, and Brown Dems for taking a night of the week for food pick-up.
As always, we couldn't do what we do without the local help of We Share Hope and Mr. Steve Martin.
